Please Note: Wood Street Galleries will be closed on Monday, June 6

Cinzia Campolese is an Italian-born artist living in Montreal. Her practice includes installations, sculptures, videos and prints.

Working on different scales, she investigates the concepts of perception and awareness of space in both digital and physical environments.

Her artworks were exhibited at cultural institutes, galleries, and cultural events such as Goethe Institut (Montreal), B39 space (Seoul), Adiacenze Gallery (Bologna), Biennale Chroniques (Marseille), Stereolux (Nantes), Centre Wallonie-Bruxelles (Paris), Phi Centre and Mutek (Montreal).

In the last years, she started a series of multidisciplinary works that gravitate around the impact of connected devices and surveillance.

Her projects were featured on L'Œil, Vice, Aesthetica Magazine, Juliet Art Magazine, Archdaily, Fubiz and she has been included in the Exibart book "222 Emerging Artists Worth Investing In" in 2019.
