Born in the heart of the city, Homewood, Pittsburgh native Na’Chelle Simone is half of a dynamic, musical, entrepreneurial, and parental partnership known as Simone Yaphit. Na'Chelle has known since childhood that she’s wanted to make music that represented the struggles she faced as a black woman from the hood.

Dabbling in Hip-Hop, R&B and pop-rock, this artist is a multifaceted songwriter and vocalist.

Having her start musically in The Lighthouse Project of Homewood YMCA, this is also where she and her music partner began their relationship.
