A NOTE FROM THE ARTIST ABOUT MATERIALS AND TECHNIQUE: "I create heavily textured, contemporary art pieces using an acrylic plaster and other non-traditional media. Once the texture is built up and dry, I paint and glaze with acrylics to highlight the texture. Subject matter includes abstracts and modern botanicals."
