A NOTE FROM THE ARTIST ABOUT MATERIALS AND TECHNIQUE: "Hand built and wheel thrown pieces carefully crafted to be functional and beautiful. Pieces are made of stoneware, porcelain, or a combination of both. A range of home decor, kitchenware, tableware, and serving ware. My signature work are carved pieces, but I use a range of techniques and firings. Examples of this are raku, glaze layering, decal, and luster firing. I'll also watercolor, layer glazes, and marble work for different textures, and styles."
