Artist Statement on Material & Technique: "Original innovative designs are created and hand-cut then made into patterns. We use chemical free naked cowhide & embossed leathers. Our artisan bags consist of Bold colors, concepts & functionality. I also use various exotic embossed printed leathers to accent and make special designs on a specific bag. I use full grain oily distressed leather to make briefcases, backpacks, and duffel bags etc. I have a heavy duty juki sewing machine which is used to stitch the bag together and there is another sewing machine that is used for binding strips leather around the edges of structured bags to add more durability and a much cleaner look. I also use two types of adhesives to help with folding and putting together pieces of the leather to stay in."
