Artist Statement on Material & Technique: "My pieces range in price and design from the minimalist and timeless designs to one of a kind pieces created around the stones. All of my designs are created with intention, whether that is functionality (as with the bangles) or to fulfill a sentiment. I use texture in my designs, as I am drawn to the combination of high polish and texture in a piece. It is a juxtaposition, much like life itself. Most of my pendants also have designs on the back of the piece, because more often than not, the back is visible as well and it should be just as beautiful as the front. Mostly self taught, I am a life long learner and love exploring new techniques and designs. This past year was my first year doing shows full time and I have learned so much."
