Artist Statement on Material & Technique: "We create and design wearable art from repurposed record album covers, 45rpm picture sleeves, CD covers and theater programs. By using paper and cardboard, we assemble our totes and purses using different glues,tape and rivets. Designer fabrics are used for the interior and exterior with two hand sewn pockets for the larger tote. Our wearable piece of art can also serve as a decorative piece in the home."
