Artist Statement on Material & Technique: "My metal art sculptures are all created one at a time by hand, no two are alike. I weld railroad spikes, sheet metal, cold roll and various metal scraps to create people, animals, fish, flowers, etc. The art coloration comes from the heat of the torch. I apply a clear epoxy for a long lasting, protective finish. Felt is added to the bottom for furniture protection. I try to incorporate a little humor into my work."
