Artist Statement on Material & Technique: "Keeping unwanted books out of landfills – one folded book art sculpture at a time. My recycled book art sculptures are made completely by hand involving no computer generation; from the design to the actual page folding. After creating the design by hand, I transcribe it to the book. Pages are then folded one at a time by my hand into the desired image or typography. As the first person to sell books folded into words, I have sent my book art sculptures to 25 countries."
