Step into a world of creativity and expression at the Dollar Bank Three Rivers Arts Festival Giant Eagle Creativity Zone with the Counseling and Wellness Center of Pittsburgh’s engaging "Create Your Own Feelings Doll" activity.

Using person-shaped popsicle sticks, colorful yarn, and vibrant markers, children will have the opportunity to craft their very own feelings doll. This hands-on activity encourages children to express their emotions through art. Whether they're feeling happy, sad, excited, or somewhere in between, our therapists will provide support and guidance as children create their unique dolls. With each stroke of the marker and twist of the yarn, children will not only create a unique and personalized doll but also gain insight into their own feelings and emotions.

But the creative fun doesn't stop there! In addition to making their feelings dolls, children will also have the opportunity to select from one of ten positive affirmation animal mandalas. As they color the intricate pattern, children will be encouraged to reflect on the positive affirmation reflected on their selected animal mandala.
