Frequently Asked Questions

Find information about the 2025 Dollar Bank Three Rivers Arts Festival below.

When is the Festival?
The 2025 Dollar Bank Three Rivers Arts Festival will take place June 5-8, 2025.

Where is the Festival?
This year, the 2025 Dollar Bank Three Rivers Arts Festival's format will be changing as construction of its future home at the 8th Street Block Civic Space begins this April. In addition to the 8th Street Block Civic Space, several other downtown renovation projects introduced challenges at other potential host sites.

Now, the Cultural Trust has identified a one-year-only host site location for this summer’s Festival, June 5-8, in the riverfront lots at the 15th Street Plaza along Waterfront Place in Pittsburgh’s Strip District. Thanks to The Buncher Company, who owns the property, and lot operator, Alco, the Festival will take place near its namesake three rivers, not far from its future long-term home in the Cultural District.

What are this year’s major attractions?
There's so much to do and see! Check out our schedule of events and participating Artist Market vendors.

Where do I get tickets? How much?
All Dollar Bank Three Rivers Arts Festival events are free and open to everyone. No tickets are required!

I’m traveling from outside of the city / another state / country. Are there travel/hotel packages?
Visit the Plan Your Visit section of our site for the most current information on traveling and lodging.

I'm at the Festival and I need some help. Where do I go?
Visit the Festival’s Information Hub during open hours for schedule information, accessibility questions, and more.

Where are the bathrooms?
Portable restrooms are located on the west corner of the Festival grounds.

I lost something. Can you find it?
If you’re on-site, visit the Information Hub. If you’re off-site, email festivaloperations@trustarts.org or call 412-456-6666 with a description of the item you lost and we’ll do what we can to reconnect you to it.

Can I bring my pet with me to the festival?
The festival is a densely-packed event that sees large crowds of attendees. For the safety of pets, artists, and visitors alike, dogs are not allowed in any of the galleries, Artist Market tents, or crowded festival locations. Service animals are welcome in all festival venues and spaces.

Is food available?
Check out the Plan Your Visit section of the festival website. Festival fare can be found at the Food Courts.

Is alcohol available?
Alcohol will be available for purchase on site. Visitors will not be allowed to bring their own alcohol into the Festival.

What if I have accessibility concerns?
We strive to make the festival open and accessible to all guests. Learn more about specific accessibility initiatives and offerings.

It’s raining. You canceled the concert, right?
Wrong! We’re a hardy group. All festival events are rain or shine unless otherwise noted. We only close down when the weather presents a safety hazard to patrons, artists, and staff. In the event of a change in schedule a media alert will be issued along with postings to Facebook.

I want some festival swag. What can I buy and where?
Stop by the Information Hub for this year’s fresh designs.

I have an opinion about something. Who can I tell?
We’re all ears! Contact Us. We read every message.

I want to help make this event happen. What can I do?
Hundreds of volunteers are necessary to make the festival happen each year. Hours are flexible and positions can suit your interest. Learn more here.

My company is looking for volunteering opportunities. Can we do anything at the Festival?
Yes. Check out the options in the Get Involved section of the TRAF site and complete the online form. You’ll be contacted by a member of our team!

I want to help keep the festival free. How can I donate?
Thank you! If you’re at the festival, you can make a donation at our Information Hub. You can also make a donation online.
