When is the Festival?
The Dollar Bank Three Rivers Arts Festival begins on the first Friday of June each year and lasts for 10 days. The 2023 Festival is slated for June 2-11, open from 12 – 9 pm daily.
Where is the Festival?
Downtown Pittsburgh has been home to the Festival since 1960. This year’s Festival takes place entirely in the Cultural District, which is the 14-block epicenter for downtown’s dynamic arts and entertainment scene. Find a map of the Festival right here.

Where do I get tickets? How much?
All Dollar Bank Three Rivers Arts Festival events are free and open to everyone. No tickets are required!

I'm at the Festival and I need some help. Where do I go?
Visit the Festival’s Information Hub during open hours for schedule information, accessibility questions, and more. The Information Hub is located at 100 Fort Duquesne Blvd (the intersection of Ft. Duquesne Boulevard and 7th Street).
Where are the bathrooms?
Portable restrooms are located on Fort Duquesne Blvd, at 6th Street. Restrooms are also available in all Pittbsurgh Cultural Trust galleries. Find a map of the Festival right here.
I lost something. Can you find it?
If you’re on-site, visit the Information Hub at 100 Fort Duquesne Blvd (the intersection of Ft. Duquesne Boulevard and 7th Street). If you’re off-site, email FestivalOperations@TrustArts.org or call 412-456-6666 with a description of the item you lost and we’ll do what we can to reconnect you to it.
Can I bring my pet with me to the festival?
The Festival is a densely-packed event that sees large crowds of attendees. For the safety of pets, artists, and visitors alike, dogs are not allowed in any of the galleries, Artist Market tents, or off-street Festival areas. Service animals are welcome in all Festival venues and spaces.
Is food available?
Check out the Plan Your Visit section of the Festival website. Festival fare can be found at the Food Courts, located on Ft. Duquesne Boulevard, between Stanwix Street and 6th Street, and in the parking lot at the intersection of 8th Street and Ft. Duquesne Boulevard. Food trucks will also be available in the Backyard (found at the intersection of 8th Street and Penn Avenue).
Is alcohol available?
The Cultural District boasts a wide variety of restaurants and bars. Check out DowntownPittsburgh.com for a complete list of local options.
What if I have accessibility concerns?
We strive to make the festival open and accessible to all guests. You can learn more about specific accessibility initiatives and offerings right here.
It’s raining. You canceled the concert, right?
Wrong! We’re a hardy group. All Festival events are rain or shine unless otherwise noted. We only close down when the weather presents a safety hazard to patrons, artists, and staff. In the event of a change in schedule a media alert will be issued along with postings to Facebook, and Twitter. Stay connected!
