Portable restrooms are located in Point State Park on the fountain-side of the portal bridge. Most Cultural District galleries also provide indoor facilities. Accessible facilities are available in all restroom locations.
I lost something. Can you find it?
If you’re on-site, visit an Info Hub in Point State Park or Gateway Center. If you’re off-site, email FestivalOperations@TrustArts.org or call 412-456-6666 with a description of the item you lost and we’ll do what we can to reconnect you to it.
Can I bring my pet with me to the festival?
Dogs on leashes are permitted in Point State Park. Owners must pick up after their pets.
The Festival has large crowds of people, many children, loud noises and other dogs. Patrons are advised only to bring animals that can be well-behaved in this environment. On-site police officers have the final say on public safety and may ask owners of unruly dogs to leave. Dogs are not permitted in the Artist Market at Gateway Center due to the tight space and fragile artwork. Dogs are not permitted at indoor venues.
Guide animals are welcome at all Festival venues.
What kind of food is served?
Check out the Plan Your Visit section of the Festival website. Typical Festival fare, ranging from funnel cake and lemonade to tabbouleh and lobster burgers, can be found at the Food Court in Point State Park. TRAF also offers Food Truck Fridays, which broadens the menu with local favorites. Check the site for the latest!
Is alcohol available?
Point State Park is a Pennsylvania state park and, as such, we must adhere to state park guidelines, which means no alcoholic beverages. The Cultural District boasts a wide variety of restaurants and bars. Check out DowntownPittsburgh.com for a complete list of local options!
What if I have accessibility concerns?
We strive to make the festival open and accessible to all visitors. You can learn more about specific accessibility initiatives and offerings right here.
It’s raining. You canceled the concert, right?
Wrong! We’re a hardy group. All festival events are rain or shine unless otherwise noted. We only close down when the weather presents a safety hazard to patrons, artists, and staff. In the event of a change in schedule a media alert will be issued along with postings to our website, Facebook, and Twitter. Stay connected!
