Each Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, the Festival features food trucks in Gateway Center. The trucks serve thousands of visitors during open hours of 12 – 9 pm with peak times at lunch and dinner.
Like in our Food Courts, all participants must be prepared to serve a very large volume of customers and meet minimum environmental standards. The environmental requirements include providing completely compostable serviceware. Locally-sourced and organic products are also encouraged. Please find more detail in the application. Application deadline extended! Applications are now open until March 22. Accepted trucks will be selected and notified in April.
